If you are unhappy with your purchase or want to return your order, please contact us at hello@drinkliva.com so we can make it right. We will send you detailed return instructions.

We offer an extended 30-day return period for all products purchased from DRINKLIVA.COM.

30-DAY MONEYBACK GUARANTEE ON THE FIRST ORDER:
If you placed a first order with us and decided within 30 days after the delivery the product is not for you, we can accept returns even if you opened the package. Please bear in mind this is only valid for the first order and one opened package.

STANDARD 30-DAY RETURN POLICY:
We offer a prolonged 30-day return period for all other orders. Please bear in mind that due to the nature of the product, Liva is not suitable for return due to health protection and hygiene reasons if the product (protective pouch) was unsealed or damaged after delivery.

RETURNS DETAILS:

• We offer local return addresses in each EU country.
• Once you have notified us that you wish to return a product, please return that product to us within 14 days.
• Please note that you are responsible for the costs of return shipping.
• When your return is processed, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment (credit or debit card or PayPal) within 3-5 days.
• You may also cancel your order if it hasn’t shipped yet by emailing us at hello@drinkliva.com. You will receive a full refund.
